Our 60 Gallon (480 lbs) Wax Melter Tank provides accurate temperature control and efficient, even heat distribution that can be maintained for long periods. A jacketed tank is far superior to direct heat wax melters as it eliminates hot spots that can scorch delicate waxes such as soy wax or beeswax.
Constructed with high quality 304 stainless steel. Meets organic certification standards. Food and cosmetic grade. Optimally designed for melting and heating large batches of wax. Perfect for making candles as you can mix your fragrances and colors directly in the tank.

The sloped design on our 60 Gallon Stainless Steel Wax Melter Tank gives you the advantage of increased efficiency. Tilting your tank or stand to fully drain is not required. Washing out a sloped interior is much easier.

The Willow Way EZ Fill Bottler can be connected directly to this Jacked Tank.
Tank Jacket can be filled with Water, Propylene Glycol (PPG) or Mineral Oil.
PPG and Mineral oil heat slower than water, yet you get better heat retention, evaporation is less of an issue, it allows for higher temperatures, and less maintenance is required.
NOTE: When using PPG, make sure to use food grade quality with inhibitor.
To cool your products down directly in the tank, water is the best option for filling your tank jacket.
Its simple to flush the tank jacket with the Tank Inlet and Outlet Fittings.

It replaces the tank jacket drain plug and allows a standard garden hose to be connected.
