Our 6 Gallon Wax Melter Tank features an exclusive Sloped Bottom inner tank at no additional cost for increased efficiency. There is no need to tilt your tank or stand to drain the last drops of material. Very simple to clean!

Your Wax Melter Tank Jacket can be filled with Water, Mineral Oil or Propylene Glycol (PPG).
If you require regular flushing of your jacket to cool a product, water is the best and least expensive option.
The Inlet and Outlet Fittings make it simple to flush heated water out from tank jacket.
Using Mineral Oil or PPG allows for higher temperatures, requires less maintenance and evaporation is less of an issue. It heats slower than water and has better heat retention.
NOTE: When using PPG make sure to always use food grade quality with inhibitor.
With a Wax Melter Tank, you get controlled temperature regulation and even heat dispersal to maintain the high quality and integrity of your ingredients and products. Ingredients inside your tank are safe from hot spots that can scorch and ruin a batch.
