    Perfect for bottling many products in the personal care, cosmetic, and food industries. Each order is customized to your needs where we determine the different valve housing and closures based on the viscosity of your product. You receive accurate depositing and filling with a large range of products from the thinnest essential oils to thick wax based salves and balms. Contact us for additional information.

    • Dispense anything from thin essential oils to thick wax based salves and balms with the Willow Way Filling Machine.
      Operates Manually or Semi-Automatic.
    • Depending on your product, there are interchangeable cylinders that range in size from 3/8" in. to 2 in. (10mm to 50mm) in diameter. Therefore we customize each filling machine to order meeting your exact needs. Fill volume ranges from .06 to 8.7 fluid ounces (1.7 ml to 257ml) in a single stroke. We work with you and your specific application to determine the optimum cylinder size (or sizes).
    • Through years of experience, we've found that for most customers the ideal cylinder size is the 2" (50mm). This size fills containers from 2 oz. to 8.7 oz (60ml to 257ml) with an accuracy between 1/2% to 1%. It is possible to fill as low as 1 oz. (30ml) with the 2" (50mm) cylinder, with an accuracy of 2% to 3%.
    • Its merely a matter of doing more fill cycles for larger containers such as quart or liter size. For example: To fill a container 250 milliliter in size, you set the fill amount to 125ml and cycle twice. Or to fill a 16 ounce container, just set the fill amount to 8 ounces and cycle twice.
    • Fill your product into bottles or jars at estimated speeds of 5 to 20 cpm (containers per minute) with the Easy Fill Bottler.
      • Actual filling speed is determined by piston stroke length, the type of product you are dispensing, viscosity of your product, ID (inside diameter) of the discharge port of the nozzle and how your product reacts when hitting the bottom of your specific container.
      • When 1st starting out, you should expect production fill rates of about 10 bottles per minute (600 per hour). With experience this can reach over 25 bottles per minute (1500 per hour).
      • For most products, low suds soap and warm water can clean your Easy Fill Bottler. Some oils or liquids may require cycling a little alcohol and water through for cleaning.
      • Pneumatically operated. You can power the Bottler with a small inexpensive Air Compressor. (not included). Most hardware stores carry air compressors. It will require 80 to 90 psi (pounds per square inch) of air and about 3.5 cfm (cubic feet per minute).

    • A stainless steel 5 gallon hopper is included.
    • Includes two types of machine cycle start mechanisms: A single cycle foot pedal control and an auto cycle mode.
    • Stainless Steel is used in the construction of the machine frame.
    • All metal contact parts are made of stainless steel, the valve spool and piston are made of Ertalyte. All "O"Rings and Gaskets will be made of Viton to withstand many solvent bases, essential oils, petroleum products, fragrance oils, or vegetable oils.
    • The Easy Fill Bottler is supplied standard with a 2 inch (50mm) diameter stainless steel cylinder.
    • For easy disassembling and cleaning, all connections between the hopper and valve spool, nozzle and valve spool, and cylinder and valve spool are either quick disconnect clamps or fittings.
    • Equipped with adjustable stroke rate, control valves. The machines filling speed can be adjusted while the machine is in operation.
    • Operated by an Air Compressor (Not Included). Can be found at most hardware stores or lumber yards.
    • A minimum of 90 psi. (6.12 atm), and 1.5 cfm (43 lpm) or more is required. Your air compressor supplier will know what you need by giving them these numbers.
    • Note: European standard is “atm & lpm” .
    • The Easy Fill Bottler is designed to cycle up to 40 x per minute.
    • Includes a How-To CD. This shows you how to properly maintain and clean your Easy Fill bottler and gives demonstrations for a variety of applications.

    You can also use the Easy Fill bottler to pump ingredients directly from another vessel such as your wax melter, drum, bucket, etc.

    • All necessary attachments can be supplied to pump directly from or to another container.
    • A quote based on your application needs is required for custom fitting.
    • Usual average cost ranges between $80 to $100 USD.
      • Dependent on your application: Food grade hose 3/4" to 1" in size.
      • Quick connect from the Ball Valve and Reduction fitting.
      • Hose Barb Stainless Steel flare fitting for the inlet of the Easy Fill Bottler.
    • All clamps for necessary connections.
    • From experience, we highly recommend you place the supply container above the Easy Fill Bottler to gravity to feed your product. The Easy Fill can pull liquids from below level, however, it can possibly pull air into the system that could affect the fill accuracy.
    • Very thick products such as heavy salves will not work well using this application.
