Our 13 Gallon (100 lbs) Wax Melter Tank is designed to give you evenly dispersed heat with more precise temperature control.
A jacketed tank provides a more gentle heating method when compared to direct contact that can scorch or burn your products.
All 304 stainless steel construction, both food and cosmetic grade meeting certified organic production requirements. Quality our customers have come to expect.
The 13 Gallon Wax Melter Tank has an exclusive Sloped Bottom to increase efficiency. There is no need to tilt your tank or stand to drain the last drops of wax out.Super easy to clean!
304 Stainless Steel is used in the construction of both inner and outer tanks, tank lid and all fittings.

We also include instructions and formula for making Liquid Soap.
You can fill the Tank jacket with Water, Mineral Oil or Propylene Glycol (PPG).
PPG and Mineral oil heat slower than water and has better heat retention. Evaporation is also less of an issue.
It also allows for higher temperatures and less maintenance is required.
NOTE: Always make sure to use food grade quality PPG with inhibitor.
The Inlet and Outlet Fittings make flushing heated water from the tank jacket easy.
The standard drain plug can be replaced with our optional “Faucet for Water Jacket”. This you to connect a standard garden hose making drainage mess free. It also gives you more control of the flow with just the turn of a handle.
The wax melter tank is very easy to setup, use, maintain and clean. There is rarely a need to use tools during your tank installation (less than 5% of the time). This Gets you going FAST!!
